Masters Energy Dredging & Shore Limited is wholly indigenous dredging
company registered in Nigeria and duly engaged with Coastal dredging
services.

ranges of dredging and related works to our clients . Our various ranges of
dredging machines enable us to carry out dredging work in an efficient
and sustainable manner with due regard to environmental protection.
Our dredgers are ready and available to be deployed immediately to
any location within Nigeria.

Being one of the leading dredging companies in Nigeria, this have given
us opportunity to collaborate with foreign firms as local Nigerian Partners
on very complex job orders secured by the foreign firms.
Our technical partners are MARINE DREDGING & MACHINERY BV (M.D
&M.BV) with office in Panheel in The Netherlands. M.D. & M.BV is a world
leader in the highly specialized fields of dredging, marine engineering and
environmental remediation. The company has more than 40yaers
experience in the dredging business and has fostered a pioneering
approach throughout its history, being a front runner in innovation and
new technologies.
The promoters were moved by the unmet gap that existed in the demand
– supply structure for dredging related activities.
In Nigeria, the Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbon deposit has
attracted many international Oil Companies (IOCs) into the country.
The IOCs in one way or the other have needs for dredging services in
which could not be met by the local contractors due to the twin
challenge of challenge of financial incapability and death of relevant
equipment and tools to execute the jobs..
The IOCs therefore, had to source for this service abroad while
maintaining a slim Department in their structure to handle and supervise
this function. With this scenario, the promoters of Masters Energy Dredging
and Shore Limited identified the need and incorporated the company to
provide solution through provision of in-country capability and capacity.

Masters Energy Dredging & Shore Limited recognises that safety and health of personnel and community are core determinants in ensuring the success of any operation especially in the dredging activities. Safety and environmental issues are given priority attention in the conduct of our business because of our firm belief that:

* Everyone has a responsibility for safety both on and off the job
* No business objective is pursued at the expense of safety
* A job is satisfactorily done if it is done safely
We stop at nothing to achieve zero accident and equipment failure or damage in all our operations; as such safety and environmental education is part of our staff orientation programme and this is a continual process. Every staff of Masters Energy Dredging & Shore Ltd. has a personal stake and responsibility towards ensuring that we maintain 100% safety compliance and environmental friendliness in all our operations both on and off field. We achieve this high level of safety and environmental consciousness

* Daily Tool Book Meeting for Workers
* Weekly General Safety Meetings
* Weekly Site/ Tank Farm Inspection
* Investigating & Follow up of all Near Misses & Accidents
* Monitor Equipment Preventive Maintenance Schedules
* Provide all personnel on site with Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) and
ensure that employees understand their usage
